Only the first 32 teams will be entered in the tournament.

The last application day is May 15th (in case there are places available)

Every team has to leave following information of each player: name, HCP and golfclub at the latest the 1 st June.

A team´s place in the tournament is garanteed by paying 1/3 of the participant fee at latest 2 weeks after the application

Participation fees:
          Basic: € 290/player substitute (max 2) € 130/player
          includes: participation, green fee, give-away and Saturday night festivities

          Business: € 585/player substitute (max 2) € 425/player per a player
          includes: participation, green fee, premium give-away, transfers Tornio
          City Hotel – golf course –Tornio City Hotel, 1 airport transfer (from and to
          Kemi-Tornio airport) per a team, Midnight Ice-pa Experience with gourmet
          dinner and wine on Thursday night, food package to each round and
          Saturday night festivities with dinner

The whole participation fee ust be paid at the latest May 1st

In case of cancellation by a team
          80% of paid fees will be returned, cancellation before April 15th

          60% of paid fees will be returned, cancellation before May 15th

          50% paid fees will be returned, cancellation before June 1st

Cancellations made after June 1st are not legitimite to refunds
